Xavier Johnson is a native of McDonough, GA. Xavier had many trials during his childhood such as being adopted, just to have his adopted parents to pass away abruptly just a few years after he had been adopted. Raised in the housing projects of McDonough with his sister and grandmother.
Xavier has a saying that exceptional people have exceptional trials throughout their lives. He began attending Shiloh Baptist Church in McDonough at a very young age and found a love for the church. He participated within the youth ministry and began singing in the youth choir. At the age of 14 he felt that God was calling him into ministry; so he met with Rev. Edward Lee of Shiloh Baptist Church to discuss his calling into ministry. Pastor Lee encouraged him to attend college to further his education. He began preaching at youth conferences within Georgia, Ohio, and Florida at the age of 15.
After high school Xavier began pursuing college and soon after he began working on his undergraduate degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary he was called to serve as interim pastor of Word of Truth Baptist Church which was a small ministry in Cobb County, GA were he served for 2 years. Xavier continued pursuing his Masters of Divinity from Southeastern. After finishing graduate school Xavier completed a course in massage therapy and began teaching massage and operating Johnson Touch Therapeutics, a medical massage company located in Jonesboro, GA. During this time Xavier taught for multiple schools and served as the chair for several committees with the national certifying body for massage therapist. He developed a passion for working with massage therapist entering the field interested in becoming entrepreneurs.
His experience working within career colleges elevated him into regional leadership for several colleges. At age 26, he received a promotion to Regional Vice President of 10 colleges within Florida, Virginia, Maryland, and Connecticut. He has served as the President of several colleges within Chicago and Georgia. During this time Xavier completed his Executive Masters of Business Administration at the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University.
During his travels he has partnered with several churches to conduct mentoring and training for Senior Pastor’s and their staff concerning church structure, evangelism training, apologetics, as well as many other training to strengthen the body of Christ. While in Chicago, Xavier was offered his own radio show on the largest Gospel radio station in south Chicago. His listeners soon gave him the name “Pastor X”.
Xavier is currently the owner of Another Way Solutions, a company that provides anger management, marriage counseling, and well as individual pastoral counseling services. He has a heart for reaching people who are looking for a way out their situations. His conviction is that companies rise and fall on the wave of leadership.
He is the proud father of 4, Jamez 15, Chester 12, Travis 11, and Elizabeth 5.
